Sales Manager – £50k – £60k basic for the right person, OTE, car and all usual benefits – selling to end users in the Midlands region. The company is a distributor and has a great company culture and are looking to strengthen their team.
Looking for someone to manage a sales team with excellent time management, appointment coordination and client management.
The company has a very strong brand presence and reputation for delivering premium workwear and corporate clothing to many end users across the UK.
If you have a background in PPE and workwear, this would be an ideal role for you to join a medium sized business with a family feel to it.
The Candidate:
As the successful Sales Manager, you are likely to have significant experience in selling PPE and workwear products with extensive experience of selling to end users (with some knowledge of how distribution works).
• We would expect the suitable candidate to have a minimum of 3 years’ industry experience in PPE & Workwear.
• Excellent man management skills and you must be the type of person who leads from example.
• A demonstrable sales record in business development, winning new accounts and developing the sales and profitability of existing customers.
• A verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding targets within distributors or end users
• Demonstrable levels of success in delivering business objectives, international sales growth and profitability
• Be well organised, thorough and with the ability to prioritise own workload and delegate effectively.
Package and Career Benefits
Salary is £50k – £60k, plus car and bonus scheme.
